Placement of orders: website, email, telephone, fax, letter or purchase order. We do recommend confirming orders in text/writing, especially those requiring artwork or engraving. This speeds up the delivery time. Quotes can be adjusted to include freight in the per item or product cost. In most cases we are the sole source of products shown on the website. We manufacture many of our products and will be happy to work with you to develop new ones.
We accept business or personal checks, money orders, impac card, procard, visa card, master card, federal government purchase orders, and state or local government agency purchase orders.
Delivery time: Normal delivery time is two to four weeks. If a longer time is required, you will be apprised. We maintain an inventory of many of our products and product components to better serve you. If items are in stock or in our plant, we can provide 24-hour delivery if required.
Shipping and handling - Shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless customer requests another transportation method: overnight, 2 day, 3 day air, and ground UPS is available upon request.
SPECIAL NOTE!!!!!!! As you take time to look through our website, please keep in mind that most of the products shown are the direct result of your ideas or the ideas of someone like you. Because we manufacture most of our products, it normally makes little difference to us which statue is mounted on which base, what logo/emblem or three dimensional flat figure is mounted on what plaque, or what size or color the engraving plate is, so long as the end product results in what you expect. When you see a product you like, but would prefer to change it in some way, please tell us your idea. It isn't practical to show every award possibility on the website. We have also learned that there are an infinite number of ideas, so please continue to tell us what you have in mind--we will try our best to produce it for you.
